GCS型聚結(jié)分離器是集聚結(jié)、分離于一體的高效處理單元，能夠從含液量較高的氣體中有效分離液體顆粒。

工作原理

Principle description

聚結(jié)分離器由分離腔和聚結(jié)腔兩部分結(jié)構(gòu)組成。氣體從進(jìn)口流入聚結(jié)分離器分離腔，其流速降低，流動(dòng)方向改變。氣流均勻通過(guò)分離元件，大于10μm的液體被除去，同時(shí)小液滴被聚結(jié)成大液滴。經(jīng)過(guò)分離元件分離大部分液滴后的氣流進(jìn)入聚結(jié)腔，氣流均勻地從內(nèi)向外流過(guò)聚結(jié)元件，聚結(jié)元件會(huì)深度分離氣流中夾帶的液滴，進(jìn)而把0.3μm以上的液滴聚結(jié)分離掉。

The coalescence separator by separating cavity and coalescence cavity structure.
