工作原理/ Working Principle

氣流從旋流管兩側(cè)入口進(jìn)入兩塊曲面板和中心管構(gòu)成的曲面流道，曲面流道強迫氣體旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生離心力，將比較重的固體顆粒和液滴從氣流中甩到旋流管的曲面流道內(nèi)壁。固體顆粒和液滴在氣體動能和重力的聯(lián)合作用下沿固液顆粒收集管內(nèi)壁螺旋沉降。干凈的氣流則向上通過潔凈氣體流出管流出。

From the inlet of both sides of the cyclone tube, the vapor enters the curved channel composed of two curved panels and central tube. The curved channel forces the vapor to rotate to produce centrifugal force, and the heavier solid particles and droplets are thrown from the vapor flow to the inner wall of the curved channel of the cyclone tube. Under the combined action of vapor kinetic energy and gravity, solid particles and liquid droplets spiral along the inner wall of the solid-liquid particle collection pipe. The clean air flows upward through the clean gas outflow tube.

旋流管分離器不含運動部件，氣流依靠進(jìn)料壓力的推動流經(jīng)旋流管，不需要外部動力。

The cyclone separator has no moving parts, and the vapor flows through the cyclone tube pushed by feed pressure without external power.

 

結(jié)構(gòu)特點/Characters

n 旋流管是用管件和冷軋鋼板經(jīng)曲面沖模成型后焊接而成，所以內(nèi)壁表面粗糙度小，離心曲線光滑，冷軋板材密度高，耐沖蝕抗腐蝕。

The cyclone tube is welded with pipe and cold-rolled steel plate by curved surface mould forming, so the inner surface roughness is small, the centrifugal curve is smooth, the  cold-rolled sheet has high density, erosion resistance and corrosion resistance.

n 采用堆疊式設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)，可縮小殼體尺寸，降低投資成本。

The stacked cyclone tubes structure can reduce the shell size and the investment cost.

n 可采用可拆卸式結(jié)構(gòu)或焊接式結(jié)構(gòu)。

Removable structure or welded structure can be designed.
