原理描述/Principle

夾帶液滴的氣體流經(jīng)葉片間的通道過程中,被葉片強制進行多次快速流向轉(zhuǎn)變。在慣性力作用下,氣體所夾帶的液滴撞擊到葉片表面,附著在葉片表面后通過液滴間的聚結(jié)效應(yīng)形成液膜。附著在葉片表面的液膜在液體表面張力和氣體動能的聯(lián)合作用下被推入葉片的夾層,并在夾層中匯流,在重力作用下流入葉片下方的集液槽中,再通過降液管流到分離器底部。凈化后的氣體流出葉片組。

In the process of gas carrying droplets flowing through the channels between blades, the blades force them to make multiple rapid flow direction changes. Under the action of inertial force, the droplets carried by the gas impinge on the blade surface and form a liquid film through the agglomerating effect between the droplets. Under the combined action of liquid surface tension and gas kinetic energy, the liquid film attached to the blade surface is pushed into the interlayer of the blade, and converges in the interlayer. Under the action of gravity, it flows into the liquid collecting slot under the blade, and then flows to the bottom of the separator through the downcomer. The purified gas flows out of the blade group.
